Description
The Birth Light is a loving companion for childbirth and the precious moments that follow. It invites you to create space for protection, security, and a deep connection between mother and child. With its gentle glow, it accompanies a time of transformation, devotion, and inner strength.
Lady’s mantle symbolizes gentleness, protection, and support. Mugwort is one of the oldest protective plants, long associated with feminine primal power. The rose opens the heart and can deepen the intimate bond between mother and child. Chamomile provides security and devotion, while the daisy represents purity, innocence, and the gentle strength of new beginnings. Together, they create a candle that aims to carry, strengthen, and protect.
Plants: Lady’s mantle, mugwort, rose, chamomile, and daisy.
Description: The Allgäu herbal candles release a subtle, plant-based presence as they burn. The heat of the flame gently diffuses the properties of the included plants, creating a harmonious atmosphere.
Use: Suitable for rituals, ceremonies, and mindful moments, in meditation spaces, or in rooms for relaxation and mindfulness.
Production: The 100% plant-based stearin comes from the by-products of European olive cultivation and is produced in Italy. Handcrafted with great care in the Allgäu.
Ingredients: The wax used is 100% plant-based stearin from sustainable cultivation. It is complemented by selected plants, herbal essences, pure essential oils, and tinctures. The plants are mainly from our own cultivation or wild collection, otherwise from certified organic farming.
Burn time: approx. 60 hours.

The essentials about Spirit Wellness, advice, and returns.
Who is behind Spirit Wellness?
Behind Spirit Wellness are two founders with over 23 years of experience in sound, mindfulness, and conscious living. We also successfully run our own sound massage school and the singing bowl center. Our deep practical knowledge directly informs the selection of our product range.
What sets Spirit Wellness apart from other online shops?
We are not an impersonal mass retailer. Our range follows a holistic approach for body, space, and mind.
"Quality over speed. Effect over trends. Experience over promises." We have known many of our producers personally for years. We only sell daily companions that we also use and appreciate in practice or in the seminar room.
What products can I find in the shop?
Our carefully selected Swiss range is divided into the following categories:
- Sound & Vibration: High-quality singing bowls, gongs, and matching accessories (e.g., gong bags).
- Meditation & Yoga: Everything to support your practice (e.g., non-slip socks).
- Incense & Sprays: Fine essences, pomanders, and aura sprays for energetic cleansing.
- Living & Decoration: Stylish accessories for conscious living spaces (e.g., the Smart Book Light).
- Candles & Lanterns: For atmospheric lighting and small breaks in daily life.
- Gifts & Inspiration: Presents with deeper meaning for loved ones.
What are the return policies?
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your legal right of withdrawal. For details, see our withdrawal policy in the footer of the website.
Do you offer personal advice?
Absolutely. We know not only the products but also the themes behind them (finding peace, clearing spaces, developing rituals). Simply use our Consultation & Contact section if you have questions about specific sound instruments or applications.
Can I learn to work with singing bowls with you?
Yes! If you want to deepen your work with singing bowls – whether for yourself or your clients – we warmly invite you to explore the certified training, seminars, and workshops of our sound massage school.
