1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop spiritwellness.ch. The shop is operated by Spirit Wellness GmbH, Kantonsstrasse 51, 6048 Horw, Switzerland.

2 Offer and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting the order, a binding purchase offer is made. The contract is concluded once an order confirmation is sent by email or the goods are dispatched.

3 Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs. Where applicable, prices include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed transparently in the shopping cart and at checkout. Errors, typographical mistakes, and price changes are reserved.

4 Delivery Area and Shipping

Delivery is made within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein at the delivery address specified during the order process.
Delivery time estimates are approximate. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible. Payments already made will be refunded in this case, unless a replacement item is desired.

On-Site Pickup
If offered at checkout, on-site pickup is also possible. Pickup takes place after order confirmation and by arrangement.

5 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the order and are displayed at checkout. Orders with a value of 80 CHF or more are delivered free of charge within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

6 Payment Methods

The payment methods available in the shop are displayed at checkout. These include, among others, TWINT, common credit and debit cards, advance payment, and, if applicable, purchase on account.
For advance payment, shipping takes place after receipt of payment.

Purchase on Account
Purchase on account is offered depending on various criteria. Availability is automatically checked at checkout and may vary per order.

7 Returns and Refunds

In Switzerland, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. A right of return is voluntarily granted by Spirit Wellness in accordance with the returns and refunds policy published in the shop. The policy published there applies.

8 Defects and Damaged Deliveries

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items must be reported immediately upon receipt. In such cases, a suitable solution will be offered, such as replacement or refund.
For handcrafted products, particularly singing bowls, slight variations in shape, surface, or sound may occur. Such differences are a result of the handcrafting process and do not constitute a production defect or flaw.

9 Liability

Spirit Wellness is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Spirit Wellness GmbH until full payment is received.

11 Data Protection

The privacy policy on the website applies. Personal data is processed to fulfill orders and provide the shop.

12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Horw, to the extent permitted by law.
