We ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the order and are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over CHF 80.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped after payment is received. If the item is in stock, shipping preparation usually takes 1 business day.

Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 PM with all items in stock are typically shipped the same day.

Delivery

Delivery time after shipping depends on the shipping method:

A Post: usually 1 to 2 business days

B Post: usually 2 to 4 business days

In total, orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on payment, stock availability, and shipping method.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday are shipped on Tuesday due to weekend operations.
Monday is closed.

Holidays and Exceptions

Around holidays or during high order volumes, delays may occur. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
